6 பகலிலே வெயிலாகிலும், இரவிலே நிலவாகிலும் உன்னைச் சேதப்படுத்துவதில்லை.
3 சூரிய சந்திரரே, அவரைத் துதியுங்கள்; பிரகாசமுள்ள சகல நட்சத்திரங்களே அவரைத் துதியுங்கள்.
5 அவைகள் கர்த்தரின் நாமத்தைத் துதிக்கக்கடவது; அவர் கட்டளையிட அவைகள் சிருஷ்டிக்கப்பட்டது.
1. I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
3. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
5. The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
3. Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.

19 கர்த்தர் ஞானத்தினாலே பூமியை அஸ்திபாரப்படுத்தி, புத்தியினாலே வானங்களை ஸ்தாபித்தார்.
20 அவருடைய ஞானத்தினாலே ஆழங்கள் பிரிந்தது, ஆகாயமும் பனியைப்பெய்கிறது.
19 The Lord by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens.
20 By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.
1 கர்த்தாவே, நீரே என் தேவன்; உம்மை உயர்த்தி, உமது நாமத்தைத் துதிப்பேன்; நீர் அதிசயமானவைகளைச் செய்தீர்; உமது ஆலோசனைகள் சத்தியமும் உறுதியுமானவைகள்.

1 O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.
3 Therefore shall the strong people glorify thee, the city of the terrible nations shall fear thee.
4 For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.
8 பெருங்காற்றுக்கும் புசலுக்கும் தப்பத் தீவிரித்துக்கொள்ளுவேன் என்றேன்.
16 நானோ தேவனை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுவேன்; கர்த்தர் என்னை இரட்சிப்பார்.
17 அந்திசந்தி மத்தியான வேளைகளிலும் நான் தியானம்பண்ணி முறையிடுவேன்; அவர் என் சத்தத்தைக் கேட்பார்.
22 கர்த்தர்மேல் உன் பாரத்தைவைத்துவிடு, அவர் உன்னை ஆதரிப்பார்; நீதிமானை ஒருபோதும் தள்ளாடவொட்டார்.
8 I would hasten my escape from the windy storm and tempest.
16 I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me.
17 Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.
22 Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
5 ஜனங்கள் ஓடிப்போய்விட்டார்கள் என்று எகிப்தின் ராஜாவுக்கு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டபோது, ஜனங்களுக்கு விரோதமாகப் பார்வோனும் அவன் ஊழியக்காரரும் மனம் வேறுபட்டு: நமக்கு வேலை செய்யாதபடிக்கு நாம் இஸ்ரவேலரைப் போகவிட்டது என்ன காரியம் என்றார்கள்.

21 மோசே தன் கையைச் சமுத்திரத்தின்மேல் நீட்டினான்; அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் இராமுழுதும் பலத்த கீழ்காற்றினால் சமுத்திரம் ஒதுங்கும்படி செய்து, அதை வறண்டுபோகப் பண்ணினார்; ஜலம் பிளந்து பிரிந்துபோயிற்று.
22 இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் சமுத்திரத்தின் நடுவாக வெட்டாந்தரையிலே நடந்துபோனார்கள்; அவர்கள் வலதுபுறத்திலும் அவர்கள் இடதுபுறத்திலும் ஜலம் அவர்களுக்கு மதிலாக நின்றது.
23 அப்பொழுது எகிப்தியர் அவர்களைத் தொடர்ந்து, பார்வோனுடைய சகல குதிரைகளோடும் இரதங்களோடும் குதிரைவீரரோடும் அவர்கள் பிறகாலே சமுத்திரத்தின் நடுவே பிரவேசித்தார்கள்.
26 கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: ஜலம் எகிப்தியர்மேலும் அவர்களுடைய இரதங்கள்மேலும் அவர்களுடைய குதிரைவீரர் மேலும் திரும்பும்படிக்கு, உன் கையைச் சமுத்திரத்தின்மேல் நீட்டு என்றார்.
27 அப்படியே மோசே தன் கையைச் சமுத்திரத்தின்மேல் நீட்டினான்; விடியற்காலத்தில் சமுத்திரம் பலமாய் திரும்பி வந்தது; எகிப்தியர் அதற்கு எதிராக ஓடும்போது, கர்த்தர் அவர்களைக் கடலின் நடுவே கவிழ்த்துப்போட்டார்.
30 இவ்விதமாய்க் கர்த்தர் அந்நாளிலே இஸ்ரவேலரை எகிப்தியரின் கைக்குத் தப்புவித்து ரட்சித்தார்; கடற்கரையிலே எகிப்தியர் செத்துக்கிடக்கிறதை இஸ்ரவேலர் கண்டார்கள்.
31 கர்த்தர் எகிப்தியரில் செய்த அந்த மகத்தான கிரியையை இஸ்ரவேலர் கண்டார்கள்; அப்பொழுது ஜனங்கள் கர்த்தருக்குப் பயந்து கர்த்தரிடத்திலும் அவருடைய ஊழியக்காரனாகிய மோசேயினிடத்திலும் விசுவாசம் வைத்தார்கள்.
5 And it was told the king of Egypt that the people fled: and the heart of Pharaoh and of his servants was turned against the people, and they said, Why have we done this, that we have let Israel go from serving us?
8 …and he pursued after the children of Israel:
10 And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Israel cried out unto the Lord.
13 And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.
21 And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.
22 And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.
23 And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh’s horses, his chariots, and his horsemen.
26 And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen.
27 And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.
30 Thus the Lord saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.
31 And Israel saw that great work which the Lord did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the Lord, and believed the Lord, and his servant Moses.
23 கப்பலேறி கடல் யாத்திரைபண்ணி, திரளான தண்ணீர்களில் தொழில் செய்கிறார்களே.
24 அவர்கள் கர்த்தருடைய கிரியைகளையும் ஆழத்திலே அவருடைய அதிசயங்களையும் காண்கிறார்கள்.
28 ...தங்கள் ஆபத்திலே அவர்கள் கர்த்தரை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுகிறார்கள், அவர்கள் இக்கட்டுகளுக்கு அவர்களை நீங்கலாக்கி விடுவிக்கிறார்.

23 They that go down to the sea in ships, that do business in great waters;
24 These see the works of the Lord, and his wonders in the deep.
28 …they cry unto the Lord in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses.
29 He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still.
30 Then are they glad because they be quiet; so he bringeth them unto their desired haven.
18 பின்பு, திரளான ஜனங்கள் தம்மைச் சூழ்ந்திருக்கிறதைக் கண்டு, அக்கரைக்குப் போகக்கட்டளையிட்டார்.
23 அவர் படவில் ஏறினபோது அவருடைய சீஷர்கள் அவருக்குப் பின்சென்று ஏறினார்கள்.

26 அதற்கு அவர்: அற்பவிசுவாசிகளே! ஏன் பயப்படுகிறீர்கள் என்று சொல்லி; எழுந்து, காற்றையும் கடலையும் அதட்டினார். உடனே மிகுந்த அமைதலுண்டாயிற்று.
27 அந்த மனுஷர்கள் ஆச்சரியப்பட்டு: இவர் எப்படிப்பட்டவரோ, காற்றும் கடலும் இவருக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிகிறதே என்றார்கள்.
18 Now when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave commandment to depart unto the other side.
23 And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him.
24 And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.
25 And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish.
26 And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
27 But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!
1 இதோ, ஒரு ராஜா நீதியாக அராசாளுவார்; பிரபுக்களும் நியாயமாகத் துரைத்தனம்பண்ணுவார்கள்.
2 அவர் காற்றுக்கு ஒதுக்காகவும், பெருவெள்ளத்துக்குப் புகலிடமாகவும், வறண்ட நிலத்துக்கு நீர்க்கால்களாகவும் விடாய்த்த பூமிக்குப் பெருங்கன்மலையின் நிழலாகவும் இருப்பார்.
3 அப்பொழுது காண்கிறவர்களின் கண்கள் மங்கலாயிராது; கேட்கிறவர்களின் செவிகள் கவனித்தே இருக்கும்.
1 Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.
2 And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.
3 And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.
5 தேவன் தம்முடைய சத்தத்தை ஆச்சரியமானவிதமாய்க் குமுறப்பண்ணுகிறார்; நாம் கிரகிக்கக் கூடாத பெரியகாரியங்களை அவர் செய்கிறார்.
6 அவர் உறைந்த மழையையும், கல்மழையையும் தம்முடைய வல்லமையின் பெருமழையையும் பார்த்து: பூமியின்மேல் பெய்யுங்கள் என்று கட்டளையிடுகிறார்.
10 தம்முடைய சுவாசத்தினால் தேவன் குளிரைக் கொடுக்கிறார்; அப்பொழுது ஜலத்தின் மேற்பரப்பானது உறைந்துபோம்.
11 அவர் நீர்த்துளிகளை மேகத்தில் ஏற்றி, மின்னலினால் மேகத்தைச் சிதறப்பண்ணுகிறார்.
12 அவர் அவைகளுக்குக் கட்டளையிடுகிற யாவையும், அவைகள் பூச்சக்கரத்தில் நடப்பிக்கும்படி, அவர் அவைகளைத் தம்முடைய ஞான ஆலோசனைகளின்படியே சுற்றித் திரியப்பண்ணுகிறார்.
14 ...இதற்குச் செவிகொடும்; தரித்துநின்று தேவனுடைய ஆச்சரியமான கிரியைகளைத் தியானித்துப்பாரும்.
5 God thundereth marvellously with his voice; great things doeth he,
6 For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.
10 By the breath of God frost is given: and the breadth of the waters is straitened.
11 Also by watering he wearieth the thick cloud: he scattereth his bright cloud:
12 And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth.
14 Hearken unto this, … stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.

13 For, lo, he that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what is his thought, that maketh the morning darkness, and treadeth upon the high places of the earth, The Lord, The God of hosts, is his name.

Creator. To grasp the reality and order of being in its Science, you must begin by reckoning God as the divine Principle of all that really is. Spirit, Life, Truth, Love, combine as one, — and are the Scriptural names for God. All substance, intelligence, wisdom, being, immortality, cause, and effect belong to God. These are His attributes, the eternal manifestations of the infinite divine Principle, Love. No wisdom is wise but His wisdom; no truth is true, no love is lovely, no life is Life but the divine; no good is, but the good God bestows.
Divine metaphysics, as revealed to spiritual understanding, shows clearly that all is Mind, and that Mind is God, omnipotence, omnipresence, omniscience, — that is, all power, all presence, all Science. Hence all is in reality the manifestation of Mind.

The world would collapse without Mind, without the intelligence which holds the winds in its grasp.

Wind. That which indicates the might of omnipotence and the movements of God's spiritual government, encompassing all things. Destruction; anger; mortal passions.

Moral and spiritual might belong to Spirit, who holds the "wind in His fists;" and this teaching accords with Science and harmony. In Science, you can have no power opposed to God, and the physical senses must give up their false testimony. Your influence for good depends upon the weight you throw into the right scale. The good you do and embody gives you the only power obtainable. Evil is not power. It is a mockery of strength, which erelong betrays its weakness and falls, never to rise.
Erring power is a material belief, a blind miscalled force, the offspring of will and not of wisdom, of the mortal mind and not of the immortal. It is the headlong cataract, the devouring flame, the tempest's breath. It is lightning and hurricane, all that is selfish, wicked, dishonest, and impure.

There is no vapid fury of mortal mind — expressed in earthquake, wind, wave, lightning, fire, bestial ferocity — and this so-called mind is self-destroyed. The manifestations of evil, which counterfeit divine justice, are called in the Scriptures, "The anger of the Lord." In reality, they show the self-destruction of error or matter and point to matter's opposite, the strength and permanency of Spirit. Christian Science brings to light Truth and its supremacy, universal harmony, the entireness of God, good, and the nothingness of evil.

…the more closely error simulates truth and so-called matter resembles its essence, mortal mind, the more impotent error becomes as a belief. According to human belief, the lightning is fierce and the electric current swift, yet in Christian Science the flight of one and the blow of the other will become harmless. The more destructive matter becomes, the more its nothingness will appear, until matter reaches its mortal zenith in illusion and forever disappears.

Truth makes all things possible to Spirit; but the so-called laws of matter would render Spirit of no avail, and demand obedience to materialistic codes, thus departing from the basis of one God, one lawmaker. To suppose that God constitutes laws of inharmony is a mistake; discords have no support from nature or divine law, however much is said to the contrary.

The true Logos is demonstrably Christian Science, the natural law of harmony which overcomes discord, — not because this Science is supernatural or preternatural, nor because it is an infraction of divine law, but because it is the immutable law of God, good. Jesus … stilled the tempest, healed the sick, walked on the water. There is divine authority for believing in the superiority of spiritual power over material resistance.
A miracle fulfils God's law, but does not violate that law. This fact at present seems more mysterious than the miracle itself. The Psalmist sang: "What ailed thee, O thou sea, that thou fleddest? Thou Jordan, that thou wast driven back? Ye mountains, that ye skipped like rams, and ye little hills, like lambs? Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob." The miracle introduces no disorder, but unfolds the primal order, establishing the Science of God's unchangeable law.

Nature voices natural, spiritual law and divine Love, but human belief misinterprets nature. Arctic regions, sunny tropics, giant hills, winged winds, mighty billows, verdant vales, festive flowers, and glorious heavens, — all point to Mind, the spiritual intelligence they reflect. The floral apostles are hieroglyphs of Deity. Suns and planets teach grand lessons. The stars make night beautiful, and the leaflet turns naturally towards the light.
